Refund & Return Policy

1. 3-Day Return Window

At EveryJust, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 3-day return window starting from the timestamp your order is marked as delivered by our logistics carrier.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

• Item must be in its original, undamaged condition with all accessories, brand tags, and packaging intact.
• Damaged in transit or defective items must be reported within the 3-day window with photographic/video proof.
• Hygiene-sensitive items and personal consumables are non-returnable unless arrived defective.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once a returned package is collected by our courier partner and passes inspection at our fulfillment facility:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/Netbanking): Refunds are credited to the original source account within 2 to 5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed directly to your verified UPI ID or bank account within 24 to 48 hours of verification.

4. Impact on Referral Rewards

Under EveryJust’s referral policy, referrers receive their ₹50 bonus reward for a referred friend’s order (≥ ₹100) after the 3-day return period successfully ends without returns or cancellations.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Go to My Account > Orders, select the eligible order, and click "Request Return". Our team will coordinate doorstep pickup.
